First Lutheran Church, located at the corner of Eighth and Rock in the historical Quapaw Quarter District of Little Rock, was founded in 1868. Many of the other Lutheran churches in the areas were begun as Missions of First. The current church building was constructed in 1888 and provides a beautiful setting for worship. The congregation, under the Lord's blessing, is in the process of new growth and development.
